Giveaway Terms & Conditions

• Open to legal residents of the United States aged 18 or older at the time of entry.
• To be eligible, participants must have an active account registered on the portal.testedhq.com web portal at the time of entry.
• Employees, contractors, representatives, and agents of TestedHQ, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to participate.
• Void where prohibited by law.

This giveaway is sponsored by TestedHQ, located at:

101 N Main Street, Suite 304, Greenville, SC 29601 (“Sponsor”).

The giveaway begins on September 15, 2026 and ends on October 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (“Entry Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Participants may enter the giveaway in one of two ways:

• Primary Method (Platform Signup):

• Create or maintain an active account on portal.testedhq.com.
• Complete the giveaway entry form available within the portal during the Entry Period.
• Limit one (1) entry per person.

• Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE):

• To enter without creating a platform account, mail a handwritten postcard containing your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and the name of the giveaway (“Ultimate Game Day Giveaway”) to:

• Mail‑in entries must be postmarked no later than October 22, 2026 and received by October 27, 2026.
• Limit one (1) mail‑in entry per person.
• AMOE entrants who wish to earn the optional Instagram bonus entry must include their Instagram handle on the postcard.
• Automated entries, bulk submissions, or entries generated by scripts or bots are not permitted.

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package (“Prize”), with all values listed in U.S. dollars (USD):

  Prize is non‑transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on October 28, 2026.
• Winner will be notified by email or phone within two (2) days of selection.
• If the winner does not respond within two (2) days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
• Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries, including mail‑in entries.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By participating, entrants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to this giveaway.

By participating, entrants release Sponsor from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

Personal information collected during entry will be used solely for administering the giveaway and will not be shared except as required to fulfill the prize.

This giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Participants who have completed a primary entry method (either by entering through the portal at portal.testedhq.com or by submitting a valid Alternative Method of Entry) may earn one (1) optional bonus entry by sharing the official giveaway post on Instagram.

To receive the bonus entry, eligible participants must:

• Follow us on Instagram @TestedHQ
• Like our Ultimate Game Day Giveaway announcement post
• Tag three (3) friends in a comment on the post

This bonus entry is optional and is not required to enter or win the giveaway. Instagram actions do not constitute a standalone entry method and cannot be used as the sole means of entering the giveaway. Limit one (1) bonus entry per person.

Participants may earn a maximum of two (2) total entries: one (1) primary entry and one (1) optional bonus entry.
